What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 plush — a small run for a club shop is a normal order — with volume tiers for giveaways and retail lines.
How fast will my plush arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished plush ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed. Pattern work on a brand-new character adds a little at the front.
Why does our plush not quite look like our mascot?
The pattern, almost always. A head cut from too few panels comes out egg-shaped rather than round, and a seam crossing the muzzle breaks the face in a way everybody notices and nobody can name. None of it shows in a flat artwork proof, which is why we send a photograph of a sewn sample from the front, the side and three-quarters.
What is nap, and why does it matter?
Plush fabric has a pile that lies in a direction. Two panels cut with the nap running opposite ways reflect light differently and read as two shades of the same colour. Controlling nap direction across the whole pattern uses more fabric, which is exactly why cheap plush comes out patchy.
Embroidered or printed faces?
Embroidered, on anything we make. The surface is a moving pile, so print cracks along fold lines and fades in the wash within weeks of daily handling. Embroidery is thread through fabric — it moves with the pile and there is nothing to detach.
Why will our plush not sit up?
Even fill, so the head is the heaviest part. Weighting the seat and lower body with pellets or a denser fill while keeping light fibre above drops the centre of gravity and the toy sits. We quote fill by zone rather than by total weight for this reason.
Are these suitable for young children?
The ones we build for it are, and we will ask who the audience is before quoting. For a young-child audience that means an embroidered face, nothing glued or moulded, no removable clothing and the relevant testing arranged. Tell us the age group at the quote stage rather than afterwards — it changes the build, not just the paperwork.
Do you make dog toys?
No. Plush made for dogs is a different product — chew-rated seams, squeakers, materials chosen for teeth — and we would rather point you at a specialist than sell you a toy that is not built for it.
